Digital Marketing Techniques
Within this summative assessment I was asked to create an individual report of how a chosen organisation is utilising digital marketing techniques. I picked the theme of Growth Marketing and how this style of marketing was relevant to my organisation, Inspire Education Group.
In this report I provided an overview of the company, and looked at a key competitor and the style of digital marketing they carried out. From there I analysed two digital marketing channels and their effectiveness. Once this was complete, I was asked to create a presentation that would be given to senior management about the customer journey, providing appropriate theories and frameworks and identifying two trends in customer behaviours and how IEG can effectively respond to these trends. Finally, I was asked to develop a digital marketing plaan including objectives, justifications, and recommend two digital metrics and methods for how I would identify leading indicators.

Introduction to Management & Organisation Behaviour
The assignment brief consisted of an Individual report which addressed the following question:
“As work in organisations becomes increasingly automated and digested, are human workers still relevant?”
In this report I was asked to include relevant theoretical perspectives from the module, provide relevant examples from contemporary organisations and reflect on my own organisational experience.
